Shipping policy

Processing Time
Please allow 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. I'm a one-woman business! Framing may take an additional 1 to 2 days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $50 shipping within the United States receive free shipping. 

International Orders
I offer international shipping all over the world. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sloe Gin Fizz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local Pick Up
Local pick up is not available at this time. 

Check Status of Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Conditions of Returns
Returns are accepted within seven days of receipt of your order if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please email nicole@nicoleray.com right away — and within seven days — of receipt of your order and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at nicole@nicoleray.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
