Refund policy

Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I aim to give as true a representation as possible of my products on the site, and to ensure that you are pleased with the entire interaction. If there's any other problem with your order or you are simply not satisfied, please email nicole@nicoleray.com within seven days of receipt of your order and I will do my best to make it right.

Exchanges and/or refunds for damaged goods may be granted within one week of receipt of your order. Please email nicole@nicoleray.com right away — and within seven days — of receipt of your order and include, if applicable, photographs of any damaged goods. In most cases, I will send a replacement for a damaged product at no cost to you, but may in some cases ask you to return the item at your cost.

If you are simply not satisfied with an order and would like to return an item, please email nicole@nicoleray.com within seven days of receipt of order and I will refund the cost of the item only, not including shipping fees, to the same form of payment used at checkout. The cost to return the item is your responsibility. First class mail is inexpensive and completely acceptable. Only unused, undamaged, and complete items that are in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

If seven days have gone by since your receipt of the order, unfortunately I can not offer you a refund or exchange.
